Chat Monitoring

A program that specializes in the tracking of emails, instant messages and chat room conversations. Many of these programs feature keystroke tracking that records a history of what has been typed by a computer system user.

Such programs are used to monitor exactly what type of activities are being conducted on the computer at all times and can be altered to filter out whatever activity of keywords the user designates.
